About Us
The owners are:
~ Graeme Whytlaw, who graduated Wabash College and is a Past
President of the New Jersey Garden State Teleflora Florists and the Jersey Shore
Florists Association. Graeme is currently President of the Monmouth County Business Association.
He is also a former
instructor of Floral Design at Cook College, New Brunswick, NJ, a former
instructor at Parsons School of Design, New York City and has been a designer for
the Society of
Florists, (SAF), in Washington, D.C. and for the New Jersey State Flower Show.

Susan Whytlaw, Graeme's wife, who graduated Valparaiso University. Susan
is well known for her decorating skills, and her skills are one of the reasons
why Gig Morris Florist has been voted Best in Monmouth County by the Asbury Park
Press for three years in a row. Her vast knowledge and ideas carry over to her
very successful wedding business. She gives you the personal attention and works
with YOU to make your event a smashing success.
The Whytlaws have been married for 30 years and have five children. They have been in business for 20 years. They own three flower shops in the Monmouth County area. Gig Morris Florist is over 50 years old. Plant Nation Florist is over 28 years old, and Kruschka's Florist is the oldest florist in Monmouth County beginning in 1894.
Our staff has been with us many years. Our managers are: Stephanie (20 years) and Eileen (20 years). Our staff totals 12.
